This poll is Wayne vs Em, and Em already outrapped him on 3 separate songs. And from my recollection, he often gets outshined when you put him in multi-rapper songs. I also think he has a lot of corny songs, too (no rapper has a perfect record though). I think some people heard it so much they started to believe it.Īpart from that though, I think he relies a bit too heavily on punchlines and puns, and he has a lot of really corny and even cringy bars. Eminem actually called out Lil Pump in his 2018 album 'Kamikaze' calling his style 'mumble rap' and claiming his copied Lil Waynes face tattoos. Is it other things that you don't like about him? During the song, he raps, Hatred was flowing through my veins, on the verge of going insane / I almost made a song dissing Lil Wayne. It's not the be all and end all, but I can't consider you top tier unless you're also top tier lyrically (so people like Kanye and Drake don't make it for me). ![]() Is the most important aspect when judging rappers/emcees for me.
